Baptism Sundays are an exciting celebration here at New Hope Church! If you are ready to take this next step in your faith journey by publicly declaring your relationship with Jesus, we can't wait to cheer you on! 

What Is Water Baptism:
Following faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the new convert is commanded by the Word of God to be baptized in water in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Can my child be baptized?
New Hope Church believes that baptism is a sacrament for those who are able to make a personal decision to trust Jesus alone for their salvation. If you are considering baptism for your child or student, evaluate to make sure your child understands that God is holy and righteous (Psalm 145:17), that we all are sinners (Romans 3:9-18), and we all need a savior, (John 14:6, John 17:3; Acts 4:12). 

If your child gives evidence for all three, we would love to schedule a meeting to chat with our Kidz Director or Youth Director in preparation for baptism. Otherwise we recommend taking the next step of dedicating your child during our next Child Dedication service.
