We are excited that you want to be a part of KUEST again!! Being a KUEST Student is an honor and privilege. Your journey begins right here. Please take some time to complete this application as thoroughly as possible.

Upon acceptance into the semester, a $40 registration fee will be due at the start of the semester. This fee covers supplies needed (book, binder, etc.) for the semester as well as Kuest t-shirt.

We understand that every program in which your child participates is a commitment for you as well. We want you to know that we value the effort and sacrifices you make to ensure your child is on time and prepared for every function in which they are involved. Please review our commitment to you, and your commitment to the Kuest Program. Your signature is our indication that you and your student(s) have discussed and agreed to commit to the Kuest Leadership Program.

Keep our programs, rehearsals and meetings on time.
Communicate any changes or updates at the earliest possible time.

Parental Commitment • As parents and legal guardians, we ask that you honor our efforts by:

Arrive on time for every program, rehearsal, meeting and pick-up time. Because of our shortened semester, abide by our attendance policy of 2 (excused or unexcused) absences within the 10 week Kuest semester. Communicate any changes or updates to us at the earliest possible time. Pray for the Kuest students as they serve and lead in weekly ministry. Work with us to instill the Kuest principles at home so that we can raise a strong generation of servants and leaders in the Kingdom of God.

Parental Consent:

I give permission for my child to participate in this season of New Hope Student Leadership Program. I understand the value of the unique training and mentoring that New Hope Student Leadership offers and will work together with the NH Student Leadership coaches and trainers to ensure my student(s) gets the most from their experience.
